What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through e-transfer, cash or cheque.
How long will my order take?
Normally the order is ready for delivery within 3-4 working days, after receiving the print ready file.
Do you offer same day delivery.
We can offer same day delivery for certain products. Contact us to check if your order qualifies for same day delivery.
How can I send the files for printing?
The print ready file can be shared using the following 2 methods:
(i) You can email it to info@theprintexpert.ca
(ii) Share a link
Can I cancel or make changes to the order?
Contact us immediately as soon as you recognize the need to change or cancel and we can discuss.
I cannot claim back GST, why am I being charged?
We are a registered business and are required to charge 5% GST on all our sales.
